By sending a message to @magpie.bot on Instagram, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Magpie is a consumer service that attempts to index and retrieve Instagram reels you share with it via Direct Message. Core save-and-recall features may be free, while optional paid plans can unlock additional capacity or skill surfaces. It is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to only share content you have the right to view. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the bot, spam the service, or use it for any illegal activities.
4. No Affiliation with Meta/Instagram
Magpie is an independent service built utilizing standard APIs. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magpie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss.
6. Governing Law
