Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the complete removal of your personal data and all reels you have saved to Magpie.
Method 1: Via Instagram DM
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the service. Send a direct message to @magpie.bot on Instagram containing the exact phrase: "Delete my data". The bot will confirm your request and permanently wipe your associated user ID, history, and saved items from our active databases.
Method 2: Via Email
Alternatively, you can email legal@magpie.computer from the email address you wish to correspond with, including your exact Instagram username. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted?
Upon executing a deletion command, we remove your Instagram User ID, username mapping, your chat history with the bot, your Reel notes, and all semantic index data associated with the reels you have saved.
